What appealed to you about the M.S. in Commerce Program?

The new Biotechnology Track initially caught my eye when I was applying to graduate programs, and after some research, I realized the MSC program gave students an incredible advantage both academically and professionally in just a few months. McIntire’s vast network of alumni and well-known faculty sold me on the program, and I couldn’t be happier.

What are you looking forward to or have enjoyed most so far in the M.S. in Commerce Program?

I’ve enjoyed getting to know my teammates during our many group projects in the MSC program. I also love to explore Charlottesville and am thrilled for the GIE at the end of the academic year.

What are your academic interests?

Bioethics, health policy & economics, global business, history

What clubs and organizations were you involved with during undergrad?

Hospice volunteer, psychology research assistant, Lyons Hall Council, intern for United Way (I also taught for a gap year through AmeriCorps!)

What are your hobbies?

Yoga, running, surfing, and baking

What is your go-to hype song or karaoke song?

“Levitating” by Dua Lipa

Name three places on your bucket list to travel to and why.

Austria, Egypt, and Australia! I took several history classes on Austria and Egypt during undergrad, and I really want to see the Great Barrier Reef!

What is your favorite restaurant, coffee shop, or place to visit in Charlottesville?

Atlas Coffee & Bowerbird Bakeshop are amazing!
