What appealed to you about the M.S. in Commerce Program?

I was super interested in the case-based learning method that is used in the classroom. I liked the idea that I could learn concepts and material by studying real-world examples.

What are you looking forward to or have you enjoyed most so far in the M.S. in Commerce Program?

I have really enjoyed the people I have met through the program. Since we are around each other every day, we get to know each other more quickly than undergrad when you’re around different people for each class.

What are your academic interests?

Sustainability, organizational culture, circular economy, and environmental law

What clubs and organizations were you involved with during undergrad?

Pi Beta Phi, outdoors club, Epsilon Eta, Public Service Pathways, Student Advisory Council

What are your hobbies?

Hot yoga, hiking, reading, and listening to music

1. Norway to hike Trolltunga
2. Denmark to learn about sustainability practices
3. Australia to snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef

What is your favorite restaurant, coffee shop, or place to visit in Charlottesville?

My favorite restaurant is Cafe Frank–the mushroom fritters are AMAZING.
