Why Promotions?

For one, I’m looking to gain more concrete marketing experience since this is an industry I want to explore post grad. Promo is such a unique opportunity too; I wanted to take advantage of all that UVA offers during my fourth year!

Relevant work experience?

I am currently a Partner Marketing Intern at Appian, a software company headquartered in the DC area. Previously, I have worked as a Tutor and Administrative Assistant at MLS Educational Consultants.

– Adobe InDesign

– Copy editing

Extracurricular activities?

Here at UVA, I’m involved in the VISAS Organization as a Media Consultant, and also the Rotaract Club as their Service Chair.

Career aspiration?

Most likely something in the realm of marketing, but still figuring it out! Looking for something that is fast paced and collaborative, and that involves strategic thinking
