Why Promotions?
I first learned of “Promo” during my second year from a peer mentor and knew I had to apply for the class. Promo is the perfect combination of my marketing education at McIntire and my creative interests and experiences, and is the best way to wrap up my academic experience at UVA. Working on impactful campaigns with a diverse cohort is one of the best parts of this class, and I look forward to learning and working with my peers towards an impactful campaign for our real-world client.
Relevant work experience?
This past summer, I interned at American Express in their U.S. Consumer Services unit as a Marketing Analyst. Throughout the 10 weeks, I became familiar with the Hilton Honors CoBrand portfolio and its primary customers. I analyzed spending and travel behaviors of this customer segment and how to encourage engagement with their Amex card, given the current landscapes of hospitality, loyalty programs, and financial services.

Career aspiration?
I hope to become CMO of an impactful brand with a global presence but am also interested in leading marketing strategies in the luxury industry (and perhaps return to Milan, Italy!).

I stood outside the Fondazione Prada in Milan after the Milan Fashion Week show in February and saw several celebrities and Prada ambassadors!
