UVA McIntire Rebrands M.S. in Global Commerce Degree as Global 3 Program

In the Global 3 program, students gain invaluable real-world business skills and competencies strengthened by a network of classmates, business leaders, professors, and alumni from all over the world.

Global 3 logoThe innovative M.S. in Global Commerce Program at UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce announced today that it is adopting the name Global 3 program, signifying its unique partnership with two other international institutions.

Offered by the McIntire School in partnership with the renowned Esade Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and Lingnan (University) College at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China, the 10-month Global 3 program allows students to earn an M.S. in Global Commerce from McIntire, an M.S. in Global Strategic Management from Esade, and a Certificate in International Business from Lingnan.

Now in its fourth successful year, the Global 3 program has been recognized by global education organization QS, which ranked the program the #11 master’s in management program out of 152 in the world and #3 multi-campus MiM program in its QS World University Rankings® 2020.

The intense, immersive, and challenging Global 3 program is focused on the acquisition of real-world business skills and competencies needed to thrive in a dynamic global business environment. Cross-cultural communication and teamwork abilities form the cornerstone of a rigorous curriculum that simultaneously builds students’ analytical and technical business acumen. Students gain invaluable experience strengthened by a network of classmates, business leaders, professors, and alumni from all over the world.

McIntire and its partner schools report favorable career outcomes for graduating classes of the Global 3 program, with graduates leveraging 450+ hiring companies in the three schools’ worldwide recruiting networks.
