IT-Enabled Business Transformations: Managing Large IT Projects/Programs
This program began with a talk by Charlie Feld in which he outlined the management framework and major ideas set forth in his recently published book titled Blind Spot: A Leader’s Guide to IT-Enabled Business Transformation. Following the talk by Mr. Feld, we heard from several senior IT leaders who shared their experiences with managing large IT projects/programs in both the public and private sectors. Each speaker proposed best practices for managing large projects with the goal of achieving business transformation.
